Jewel Strong

She was also seen in Jacksonville on 3/8/2007 at a Golden Corral. On both instances, video surveillance was recovered. Jewel was in the company of African American women probably in their late 20's to 30's. These women are large-framed women. Jewel now has a fuller frame but looks very much the same.
